As a Project Manager II, you will manage various phases of assigned projects, coordinate team activities, and accomplish objectives by planning and evaluating strategies.   

A caregiver in this position works Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.  

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects. 

  • Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager III or IV. 

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 

  • Prepare and complete action plans.  

  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 

  • Resolve problems. 

  • Completes audits and identify trends. 

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes. 

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. 

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. 

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. 

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience OR A
