Exciting internship opportunities await motivated students at our Loveland, CO office.

These are temporary, part-time, hourly-paid positions with a flexible start date and is open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. Ideally, the candidate will work part-time during the school year and full-time through summer and school breaks.

 

Rebate Accounting

What you will do: 

• Complete month-end entries and reporting to record rebate accruals and activity, utilizing multiple system sources for Rebate Accounting.
• Research, validate, and track cash receipts for Rebate Accounting.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

 

What you will bring: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors’ or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent related program.

 

Inventory Accounting

What you will do: 

• Perform daily analysis of gross margin and inventory reports for one region of the company.
• Perform validity checks before posting inventory adjustments submitted by the branches.

• Accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliation and transactional review.

 

What you will bring: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors’ or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent related program.

 

Seed Accounting

What you will do: 

• Preparing GL Account Reconciliation and supporting documentation.
• Researching various accounting issues to determine the course of action needed to adjust or correct.
• Preparing communications as necessary to suppliers or field personnel.

 

What you will bring: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors’ or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent related program.

 

Nutrien Financial Accounting

What you will do: 

• Assist with the Month End Close process.

• Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reporting.

• Process documentation and file management cleanup (both hard copy & electronic).

• SAP account analysis and reconciliation.

• Build data cubes in HANA to assist in model creation.

• Budget model set-up, input and distribution assistance.
