- Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited MSW program, within 120 days post-graduation, or possess a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of family dynamics, poverty, and diverse cultures.
- Extensive knowledge of community resources and social service agencies.
- Ability to function effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
