Wantable is looking for energetic Fulfillment Associates to pick and pack orders and process returns in our fulfillment center.

If you are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can be on your feet walking all day (or night), and enjoys being able to work individually, we are the place for you!

Full-time or Part-time Hourly/Non-Exempt

Monday-Friday

3rd Shift hours are 8:00 PM-4:30 AM or 8:30 PM- 5:00 AM (starting at $16/per hour)

Summary

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders, processing returned orders, and assembling boxes for shipping. This position reports to the Fulfillment Center Manager.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pick and Pack customer orders.
• Assemble shipping boxes.
• Replenish inventory in picking bins.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Process Reverse Shipments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned by Fulfillment Center Manager.

Preferred Education and Skills:

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience with data entry on a computer is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the Fulfillment Center Manager.
• Motivation to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Capacity to work well with others.
• Easily adaptable to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• No warehouse experience necessary, but preferred.
  

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Daily attendance is necessary. This position requires the employee to be on their feet for the majority of the shift. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
