The Pay per Hour (“PPH”) commercial team is looking for a specialist to support the ESP commercial team. The person will be accountable to drive ESP agreement signatures, and lead projects part of the ESP digitization journey.
We’re looking for somebody that can have customer facing discussion in order to scale the ESP business through the different indirect channels (OEM, dealers, brokers, etc.). The role will also require a deep understanding of the leads and enrollment processes, market segmentation, customer persona and business acumen to contribute to the ESP financial objectives.
What You Will Do:
Support the ESP financial target achievement
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the ecosystem (OEM, brokers, etc..)
Lead projects under the ESP commercial/digital strategy in order to scale the business
Continuously evaluate and improve commercial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What You Will Learn:
How to influence others outside of his own department regarding ESP domain of expertise
Basic Qualifications:
University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience in sales, business development, or other related experience in aerospace sector or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

This role is Remote: Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
