We are currently looking for a:
Sea Life Park - Food & Beverages Team Member - Part Time
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer experience
Smile and communicate with coworkers and guests
Prepare and serve food and drinks in a safe and timely manner
Maintain a safe work environment, according to company and external inspection standards
Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies while maintaining a clean work area
Conduct transactions while ensuring all handling procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions, loss prevention
Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests
Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor
Ensure all food product specifications and procedures are followed during preparation
Provide excellent customer service
Follow all opening and closing as well as operating procedures for the location – including cleanliness and safety, food safety, food quality, guest service and loss prevention
Adheres to all training guidelines
Quickly and politely respond to and resolve guest questions and concerns
Follow all proper Personnel Protective Equipment guidelines
All other duties assigned by leadership
Education and Experience:
No education requirements for this role
Previous work experience is not required
Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or become so within 90 days of hire, when required by state and local guidelines.
Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
