We are seeking Maintenance Worker to work on a Permanent Full-time basis at Seaforth Gardens Aged Care located in Gosnells.

Seaforth Gardens is a fully accredited aged care facility committed to providing high quality care which complies with all legislative standards. We strive to deliver holistic aged care and support to all our residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out building and grounds maintenance including gardening
• Supervise contractors attending the site
• Complete regulatory equipment checks
• Assist with general labouring, site clean up and support services

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience as a gardener, trade assistant or maintenance worker
• An understanding of building compliance and certification
• Drivers licence, Covid Immunisation, WHS knowledge
