Why You Will Love this Job:

Rehlko is seeking a Project Analyst to join our Sales Administration team. In this role, you’ll drive process improvements, enhance SAP system performance, and support team development through impactful dashboards, order management tools, and training programs. Your contributions will help equip Sales Administration associates with the skills and insights needed to excel.

Position is hybrid in Sheboygan, WI OR Milwaukee (Glendale), WI

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of system and process improvements within the sales administration department.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Sales Administration to plan, track, and report on sales operations related projects and initiatives.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and project progress.
  • Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure alignment and timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation as needed.
  • Supper User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates to ensure alignment with day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to document and maintain training resources and ISO procedures.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Exhibit a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and executing test cases in SAP, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or MS Project).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, and dashboard development.
  • Experience with SAP, including system navigation, data extraction, and supporting process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Salary range for this position is $76,050.00-$96,050.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
