The compensation for this role is:Level 3 - Product ManagerMaturing: $140k AUD / $150k NZD, Performing: $155k AUD / $165k NZD
Salaries exclude Super and KiwiSaver.

What you’ll do:
- Work closely with customers. You’ll spend time understanding how real teams use Octopus, uncovering pain points and opportunities to make their lives easier.
- Solve problems, as a team. You’ll partner with engineers, designers, and other PMs to explore ideas, validate solutions, and deliver changes that matter.
- Balance discovery and delivery. You’ll guide your team through the full product lifecycle, from research and prioritization to release and iteration.
- Champion clarity. You’ll communicate decisions, context, and priorities clearly so your team can stay aligned and focused on outcomes.
- Contribute to the craft of product management at Octopus. You’ll share what you learn, help shape our processes, and make product thinking stronger across the company.
We are looking for someone like you who:
- Has multiple years of experience working on an Enterprise B2B product .
- Is comfortable managing a technical product.
- Can guide discussions with customers to uncover opportunities.
- Has experience assessing opportunities and setting direction for the product/product area.
- Has a highly collaborative approach and creates alignment within the organization across executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Has worked closely with marketing, sales, or customer success teams to identify and prioritize changes that will unblock product adoption.
- Understands software development lifecycles - web and cloud applications are ideal, and we will invest in growing your knowledge.
- Loves technology and is excited by the potential to solve problems and shape the future.
