Technical Lead/Architect

You would take charge of the technical team. You will ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations, monitor and evaluate staff progress, assist with training and recruitment, set goals, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

• 8+ years of experience in full development life cycle
• Experience in architecting solutions and data modelling with low level designs.
• Experience in full stack development (mobile and API integration projects) on cloud.
• Experience developing web services in REST/SOAP and Kubernetes
• Experience in managing a team.
• Unit Testing, Integration testing capabilities
• Working in an Agile environment

Requirements

Local in Birmingham, Alabama

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Management certification plus.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
