Scope of Position

Hatch develops Digital Products and Solutions for the Metals, Energy, and Infrastructure Sectors in Integrated and Remote Operations, Asset Intelligence, Digital Product Delivery, Industrial Automation, IT/OT Integration and Operational Decision Systems. Our clients are increasingly investing in technologies to optimize their value chain and to achieve (near) real time understanding of operational complexity to allow better decision making.  Hatch combines this digital knowhow with deep industry expertise, business transformation advisory services and engineering capabilities to deliver a holistic outcome for our clients.

 

Hatch is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Digital Practice – US lead to join our Digital team in North America. The Digital Practice Lead - US will will report to the Regional Director – North America of the digital business and will be responsible for:

1. The development of Hatch’s Digital capability in the region,
2. Conveying Hatch’s eminence relating to all Digital products and solutions to support business development activities,
3. Applying their deep subject matter expertise to enable the successful delivery of Digital related projects,
4. Collaborating closely with both the product and solution groups area to set the overall US strategy and direction for the development of Hatch’s Digital offerings.
5. Delivering target results linked to our financial and operating performance matrices.

 

Functional Tasks

This role will form part of the Regional Digital leadership team and will work to support the overall North American and global digital strategy.  The specific functional tasks will include:
