Overview

Global Network Services (GNS) are primarily responsible for the engineering, implementation, maintenance and support of the Banks internal network and network border controls and requires a team of regional Network TISO’s (Technical Information Security Officers) to help oversee the controls and processes required for policy compliance.

The Global Network Service TISO will report to Network Operation to provide global consistency for secure engineering designs and regional visibility of security issues related to both the internal network and network border control policy compliance.

This role will interact frequently with Group Audit and will be the primary interface for the GNS’ team during all Group Audit and outside entity Network Services annual Audits and will coordinate internal efforts of regional and potentially global audit issues raised.

This role also requires active interaction with Cyber Security teams and the internal Global Network Services functions to review security compliance for new products and services and review external network connections.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain Security administration (NAR, IDAHO, RACER, ECR, NAMI, etc.) and support the team in internal and external audits

  • Offer expert consultation and support in the network design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of network security controls

  • Collaborate with the Chief Security Officer (CSO) to enhance information security measures, specifically focusing on network security aspect

  • Responsible for Information Technology (IT) Compliance management, Vulnerability management, Security Incident Response and Business Continuity Management

  • Maintain and evaluate Risk Assessment Processes

Skills You’ll Need

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required

  • Certification by CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC

  • A strong network and information security knowledge background and self-motivated

  • strong communication and negotiation skills, which will involve being able to influence and persuade staff in other groups and outside reporting lines

  • Efficient at time management to meet project timelines

  • Good at interpersonal skills and teamwork with an ability to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
