Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects that encompass commissioning, qualification, validation (CQV), and quality assurance (QA). The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of the life sciences industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure effective communication and understanding of project progress.
• Monitor project performance, adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Champion quality assurance and compliance with industry regulations, overseeing adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant guidelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex CQV and QA projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality assurance practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while successfully leading and motivating project teams.
