About the Hiring Team

Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

What the Role Entails

• Develop and implement test strategies based on game design and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with local development and global QA teams to ensure cross-regional collaboration.
• Identify bottlenecks in quality or efficiency and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage external QA vendors and ensure content quality and integration.
• Support critical testing tasks and contribute to team performance improvement.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of software testing experience, including 3+years in game QA.
• Strong understanding��of game development workflows and QA processes.
• Proven problem solving and coordination skills; able to lead testing improvements.
• Experience leading QA teams or managing testing projects.
• Quick learner, able to adapt work style based on team goals and direction.
• Familiar with at least one programming language (e.g., C++, C#, Python, etc.).
• Experience in performance or security testing is a plus.
• Comfortable working with teams across different cultural backgrounds.
• Passionate about games and able to work under pressure.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $92,880.0 to $157,680.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
