About the role
For an innovative and internationally active company in the events and exhibition industry, we are looking for a
<b>Grinder (Deburring Operator) – Laser Operator</b>. You will join a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.This role combines grinding and laser operations, contributing to the finishing of high-quality aluminum systems.
<ul>
<li>Grinding and deburring aluminum profiles based on technical drawings</li>
<li>Alternating between serial production and custom work</li>
<li>Operating laser equipment for finished frames</li>
<li>Reading and interpreting technical drawings</li>
<li>Performing quality checks (visual and with measuring tools)</li>
<li>Monitoring and recording quality via control sheets</li>
<li>Processing production orders in an ERP system</li>
<li>Carrying out basic maintenance on equipment</li>
<li>Supporting other workstations when needed</li>
<li>Ensuring clear communication during shift handovers</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in metalworking is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to read technical drawings and perform measurements</li>
<li>ERP knowledge is an advantage</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality</li>
<li>Organized and safety-conscious</li>
<li>Basic Dutch and good English skills</li>
<li>Willing to work in a 2-shift system</li>
<li>Team player with a positive attitude</li>
