Project Coordinator – People Experience (Temp)

Join Sony Music’s People Experience team and help amplify the employee experience across a global music company. In this role, you’ll coordinate key projects that shape our culture, working closely with project leads to gather insights and report progress to leadership. This is an opportunity to think creatively, collaborate across teams, and be part of a progressive department that imagines more and thinks differently. This is a long-term temp assignment.
What you'll do:
- Partner with People Experience project leads to collect and consolidate monthly status updates for leadership reporting.
- Support and contribute to global PX Projects, including presentation design, meeting scheduling, updating project plans, asset creation, and more.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure timely updates across multiple initiatives.
- Support communication of project milestones and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items to keep projects on track.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.
Who you are:
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, HR operations, or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet). Project management certification/education preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach and works well together with others.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
- Graphic design skills a plus (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
