* Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
* Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR
* Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds
* Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance
* Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions Qualifications for a Unit Manager (RN-Registered Nurse):
* Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
* Current CPR Certification
* Previous managerial experience (preferred)
