IT Compliance and Governance steering and communication

Oversee and coach Agile Master Community for the BMW IT Departments from Canada to Argentina. Bridge requirements from the region Americas back to centrally steering Agile function in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

 

Day to day:

Looking for someone to mature the departments Agile working model processes and engage with the Agile Masters in the region. Need someone with business analyst fundamentals. Must possess strong presentation and steering skills. Must be comfortable leading a larger group of Agile Masters in trainings and process management. This role will work to advocate for Agile Masters across the region to the central team in Germany.Ideally would like to find someone who is Agile Master with experience in governance and IT compliance topics. Then this position could do cross training within the governance team as well. They will create communication materials and help facilitate workshops and training sessions.

 

Qualifications

• Atlassian suite (Use of Confluence and Jira)
• Strong presentation and steering skills. Must be comfortable leading a larger group of Agile Masters in trainings and process management.
• Agile Master experience in governance and IT compliance topics is highly preferred
• Experience as an Agile coach is preferred (but not required). 
• Work remote option: 50% onsite, 50% work from home
• Travel: 10% (could potentially go to Germany)
