About the RoleAre you passionate about uncovering and driving evidence-based strategies to maximize human performance, learning & development? We have an outstanding opportunity for a Director, Learning & Development who thrives on diving into best practices, experimentation, and getting big things done. Reporting to the Head of People Development & Engagement, you'll be responsible for leading a small team to develop and implement a decentralized L&D strategy, creating experiential professional development programs, facilitating groundbreaking people development programs, and measuring the business impact of our L&D programs.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Create holistic corporate L&D strategy that aligns decentralized L&D teams including defining common operating principles, processes, measurement, and toolkits/templates
• Develop strategy and curriculum for company-wide programs for leadership behaviors,  manager fundamentals, and high-potential leadership development
• Rigorously measure people development success and impact on career development and business outcomes through quantitative and qualitative data to feed continuous feedback loop
• Develop a company-wide learning curriculum that reinforces mastery of Hinge Health leadership behaviors and general skills
• Facilitate development programs and train new development program facilitators.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 12+ years of relevant experience developing progressive human performance and L&D
• Create magical experiences: Inspires action across employees, People Business Partners and senior leaders that create magical experiences throughout the employee journey
• Communicate effectively: Persuasive, rigorous, and transparent communication skills (both verbal and written) focused on influencing decision-making, empowering action, and appropriately escalating
• Make results happen: Results-oriented mindset with a holistic approach to anticipating challenges and measuring success based on outcomes
• Learn-it-all: Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and improvement through rapid iteration and de-risking of unknowns
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion: Strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, demonstrating sensitivity to the needs and concerns of diverse stakeholders
• Build and manage a high performing team
• Analytics to hone in on high leverage opportunity areas
• Experience creating and delivering  highly engaging adult-learning content
• Experience managing decentralized L&D strategy
