JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Human Resources Director, you will lead the strategic delivery of HR services and solutions for the Global Procurement, Global Engineering, and Licensing, Acquisition & Ventures teams—supporting approximately 1,200 employees and leaders worldwide. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with business goals across these global functions.
Position Accountability/ Scope
- Ensures the effective delivery of HR services across multiple global locations and functions.
- Consults with SVP/VP, Divisional Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers to develop, evaluate and execute critical HR strategies:
- Responsible for supporting the succession plans and talent movement for multiple DVP level critical roles.
- Responsible for driving a culture of fairness, equity and inclusion.
- Responsible for leading Employee Engagement activities and strategy setting to increase annual engagement metrics and results.
- Responsible for the management of all LA&V and GPS/GES resources, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Development teams to drive HR strategies and ensure business success.
- As member of the corporate HR leadership team, lead and provide HR consultancy on ad hoc HR issues and / or company wide resource initiatives.
- Responsible for pan Corporate BHR projects and programs supporting 8000 global employees.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING
Required:
- Undergraduate Degree
- 8 to 10 years of relevant progressive HR experience in Business HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent Development or other HR Service / Process / Program Management / System teams.
Preferred :
Experience leading global programs with high influence skills
The base pay for this position is
$147,300.00 – $294,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
