Senior Tax Analyst

Using cutting-edge technology and a real-world approach to privacy, GRC, ethics, and ESG, we’ve created a no-nonsense platform to help supercharge the global push for Trust Intelligence. </p><h3>The Challenge </h3> <p>Expertly manage the processes to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and support strategic initiatives to improve global tax efficiencies. </p> <h3>Your Mission </h3> <p>As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will: </p> <ul> <li>Assist with non-US income tax compliance, extentions, and estimates tax payments. </li> <li>Prepare &amp; review all aspects of non-US indirect tax filings including, not limited to, VAT, GST, and property tax. </li> <li>Ensure all required deadlines are met. </li> <li>Perform indirect tax account accruals, reconciliations, and related journal entries. </li> <li>Assits with global tax planning including coordinating transfer pricing reports, CbC reporting and preparation of intercompany agreements. </li> <li>Manage and monitor the maintenance of records for withholding tax or other taxes related to international operations to ensure foreign tax credits are reported accurately and timely. </li> <li>Partner with various teams, including accounting, legal, engineering, operations, and finance on a variety of initiatives. </li> <li>Stay current on tax laws and rate changes. </li> <li>Assist with non-US tax provisions, both local statutory, and US GAAP. </li> <li>Recognize, anticipate, and resolve tax issues, and make recommendations as applicable. </li> <li>Work with the team to create, refine and document tax policies, processes, and system workflows. </li> <li>Assist with miscellaneous projects as necessary. </li> </ul> <h3>You Are: </h3> <ul> <li>Self-starter with strong analytical skills and working as a team player. </li> <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads, and manage deadlines. </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to details are essential. </li> <li>Outstanding organizational and communication skills, and independent research skills. </li> </ul> <p>Your Experience Includes:</p> <ul> <li>3-4 years of experience in tax including public accounting.</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Tax or similar</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly valued.</li> <li>CPA, JD, MST or equivalent is appreciated. </li> <li>Experience with WD Financials is preferred. </li> <li>Transfer pricing experience is valued.</li> <li>Experience with multiple country compliance filings will be taken into consideration. </li> </ul> <h3>Benefits </h3> <p>As an employee at OneTrust, you will be a part of the OneTeam.
