We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time intermediate Project Carpenter/Tile Setter based in the Orange County, CA. The Project Carpenter will cover the In-N-Out Burger stores throughout California.  The Carpenter will be responsible for the maintenance and construction of all In-N-Out Burger facilities and restaurants in the area of carpentry and tile setting.  
General Responsibilities
The Service Carpenter Intermediate oversees all carpentry needs and improvements in their assigned area based on
work orders and general direction. This includes store updates and repairs to tile, drywall, stucco and cement, and
roofing. This individual also conducts audits to identify and complete preventive maintenance. Requires being
proficient in rough and finish carpentry, plumbing and concrete. This position also oversees contractors and assists
technicians as needed. Must also ensure maintenance of the company vehicle. This requires strong verbal and
written communication and organizational skills, leadership, detail oriented, accuracy, mathematical skills,
experience in the use of power and hand tools, and ability to work independently and as a team. Two to five years
of construction/carpentry knowledge is required.

The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off; rotating daysHours: Graveyard shift: 12:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; overtime as neededTravel: 40-50% of time, work will be spent out of town 
Company truck will be assigned (Must live within 45 miles of Baldwin Park Warehouse)Weekend and holiday availability required

Travel ScheduleExtensive travel is required - Carpenters work on all In-N-Out restaurants throughout the state of California, and sometimes out of stateWill require out-of-town travel for 1-2 weeks at a time, every month or every other monthTravel will require out of town hotel stays for 1 week, or more, at a time

Qualifications2-5+ years experience in Carpentry, Construction, or related fields 2-4+ years experience in Tile setting; Tile contractor experience a plus Extensive out of town and overnight travel: Ability to travel and be out of town for 1 week or more, at least every month or every other monthStrong customer service orientation  Self-starter, independent worker, Pride and ownership of workStrong attention to detail and good time managementAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.High School diploma or equivalentA Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving recordStrong verbal and written English language communication skills
