Senior Account Manager (Americas)
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Senior Account Manager at The North Face looks a little like this.
The Senior Account Manager will own all phases of the business category: pre-season strategy, in-season sales meetings, and post-season sell through and inventory management. You will do this by developing and maintaining strong relationships: externally with the customer and cross functionally with product, merchandising, planning, marketing, and sales. You will leverage the art & science of the business by utilizing insights and blending with market trends to create disruptive, commercial, volume driving assortments.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
- Partner with cross functional teammates to develop seasonal sell in strategies and growth forecasts.
- Manage order book in season to maximize revenue and exploit opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships while driving TNF brand initiatives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and offering solutions that align with TNF brand initiatives.
- Ensure on time and in full execution on all deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow up and follow through, and be able to provide real time feedback and business insights.
- Travel required: 5%
- Position Is based In Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid work week.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 10+ years of sales/account management experience and professional achievements.

- 10+ years of sales/account management experience and professional achievements.
- Ability to build genuine relationships through character, trust & integrity.
- Effective communication skills & ability to present in front of large groups.
- Advanced analytical, written and presentation skills - excellent MS Office application skills including Excel, Access, and Power Point.
- Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
- Self-Motivated, proactive and results oriented.
- Experience with DSG or outdoor industry preferred.
- Must be flexible and adaptive to change

Hiring Range:
