Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal healthcare agencies, is currently seeking a Manager to join our team to support a complex federal contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs/Veterans Health Administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This candidate will support our Integrated Critical Staffing Program Management Office with all activities spanning pre-and post- award, with a focus on recruiting and successfully staffing clinical and non-clinical positions for multiple contracts. The candidate should possess healthcare management and staffing experience for large healthcare contracts. Responsibilities include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This candidate will support our Integrated Critical Staffing Program Management Office with all activities spanning pre-and post- award, with a focus on recruiting and successfully staffing clinical and non-clinical positions for multiple contracts. The candidate should possess healthcare management and staffing experience for large healthcare contracts. Responsibilities include:
- Support the development and execution of temporary healthcare staffing solutions
- Recruit candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions
- Serve as a point of contact with government contract stakeholders
- Establish relationships with a large partner network
- Ensure compliance with all relevant staffing requirements and criteria
- At least 10 years of experience supporting recruiting efforts
- At least 5 years of experience leading healthcare recruiting or staffing contracts for government or commercial organizations
- Familiarity with healthcare staff credentialing, training and onboarding processes
- Demonstrated experience leading a large partner network to meet customer requirements
- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required
- Experience delivering large contracts on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
