What you’ll do:
As a Social Creative Program Manager (CPM,) you will support the execution and day-to-day processes of our campaign and evergreen related social initiatives. You will be accountable for delivering campaign materials and managing a work-back schedule for the social creative content aligned with our most strategically important programs. These deliverables will include photography, graphics, video, and animation. You will be building effective partnerships with our Social Media Channel Managers, Editorial leads, and Brand Creative team members. You will support social projects and programs as well as drive cross functional team alignment within our creative groups, and marketing / pillar partners.
You will also manage ongoing logistics, and proactively plan for any and all challenging outcomes. This role routinely assesses the social content progress across multiple teams and remains in lock step with stakeholders to deliver world-class social excellence.
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to manage the creative development of social programs from small to medium scale with wide reaching impact
- Conducts campaign and program alignment meetings and creative reviews with collaborators and global partners
- Oversees creative asset development & delivery across multiple social platforms
- Define and improve existing processes, implement and / or use workflow tools
- Proactively collect and share platform best practices with social creatives and campaign teams
- For multi-country programs, collaborate with partners across regions to share findings, identify bottlenecks, and support the localization of North American campaigns
- Support social programs by handling the creation of timely and engaging content that is optimized for each social platform and its intended audience.
- Monitor and guide team productivity, ensuring adherence to project guidelines
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of integrated consumer brand marketing, campaign, creative program / project management or similar experience working with creative teams
- 2+ years of direct experience in social programs and/or social content creation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working within cross-functional marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in integrated, cross-channel deliverables – Video, Livestream, Digital, Social
- Experience in media partnerships, influencer partnerships, and/or brand integrations
- Global or multi-country localization and/or transcreation experience
- Knowledge of or proficiency with content management tools and programs – ex. Sprinklr, Wrike, etc.
- Knowledge of production, motion graphics and postproduction workflows
- Excellent communication skills to enable working across a wide variety of business teams and within the internal team

US: Hiring Range: from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
