HR Student Assistant - Talent Acquisition

Your job will be to support our recruitment efforts and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative HR team and play an important role in helping us find the right people as we grow.<strong><br/><br/>Your primary responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Scheduling interviews and sending out tests to candidates</p></li><li><p>Keeping our ATS (Recruitee Talent) tidy and up to date, including our talent pools and unsolicited applications</p></li><li><p>Sourcing and outreach through Linkedin Recruiter</p></li><li><p>Conducting screening calls and providing feedback to managers</p></li><li><p>Providing administrative support with tasks related to Talent Acquisition</p></li><li><p>Supporting other recruitment projects based on your interests and skills</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p>You’ll join an HR team where we mix professionalism with good humour, and we genuinely enjoy working together. Our team consists of three full-time employees and with you, three student assistants. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience within Talent Acquisition.</p><p>We are flexible to your study commitments but do expect you can help us approx.15 hours per week.</p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li><p>You are a master’s student, ideally studying HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar - with at least a year left of your studies</p></li><li><p>You are exceptionally organized and proactive in the way that you approach your tasks</p></li><li><p>You have a strong service mindset and care about creating a good experience for candidates</p></li><li><p>You are fluent in English (written and spoken)</p></li><li><p>You are confident communicating clearly with different stakeholders</p></li><li><p>You have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering high quality</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>The Office</strong>  </p><p>We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park.
