Senior Software Engineer - Java, OCI - Tech Lead Apps Migration

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Capgemini is looking for Java Tech Lead Apps Migration  - Java, AWS, OCI, Serverless Integration, to join us for fulltime hybrid role in New Jersey.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Lead the design, development, and deployment of Cloud native Java-based microservices.

·       Architect and implement solutions on AWS Cloud, leveraging serverless technologies.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

·       Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

·       Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

·       Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AWS cloud architectures.

·       Collaborate and guide development teams to create and deploy cloud-based applications.

·       Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

·       Java, AWS, OCI, Serverless Integration with 8 to 10 Years of experience  

·       Strong expertise in Spring boot, Java and Java-based microservices architecture.

·       Proficiency in AWS Cloud services, particularly serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway). 

·       Experience with AWS Integration services SNS, SQS, EventBridge, etc

·       Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud-native applications.

·       Knowledge of integration projects using Oracle OSB (Oracle Service Bus) or similar ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).

·       Experience in architectural reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies.

·       Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

·       Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL PostGres, AWS DynamoDB, Oracle databases.

·       AWS Certification or other relevant technologies.
