The role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Programme Management Office team. The Digital Project Manager will be passionate about leveraging technology to drive impactful learning projects forward. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle and must work collaboratively across the department to manage and govern projects to time, cost and quality.You will join a highly interesting area with a large business scope; an area that secures profitable and efficient omni-channel development and drives future oriented premium consumer experience in support of our retailers.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Drive project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective action as needed to minimize impact.
• Continuously improve the department's digital landscape working collaboratively with Learning Operations Team on enhancement and updates/upgrades roadmaps.
• Managing the transition of learning technologies from projects to operations.
• Accountable for complex technical system Set Ups.
• Delivery of system training.
• Assure technical buy-in of digital initiatives to senior mgmt and stakeholders.
• Project delivery for other than digital L&D initiatives will be an advantage.

• You have in-depth knowledge and experience in Project Mgmt methods and principles.
• You have a solid technical understanding of digital systems.
• You are a strong relator and communicator managing risks and issues well.
• You are detail focused and analytical, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• You are comfortable operating in a matrix organization and delivering through others as part of a shared vision.
• You can prioritize efforts and move between rapidly changing goals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Having L&D experience will be an advantage.
• Has an in depth understanding of digital learning solutions and their practical

You are comfortable working independently but at the same time you have cross-functional and integrated work experience, with the ability to cooperate and work in a global, and truly diverse environment.

Location:
Preference is at Volvo HQ Gothenburg, Sweden. However, we are open to other locations.
