Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide </span></p> <p><span><span>Be part of a global procurement team as Commodity Buyer in charge of procurement activities for the Brakes on Commuter &amp; Regional platforms from tenders to projects.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>This key position is coming with high stakes whose main mission are : </span></span></p> <p><span><span>- Support &amp; Deploy commodity strategy for Brakes with focus on Commuter and Regional platforms</span></span></p> <p><span><span>- Ensure project execution in line with QCDT objectives</span></span></p> <p><span><span>- Manage Global Supplier Panel relationship : Negociation, Specific Agreement, Supplier workload</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>Main responsibilities</span></span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Supplier Relationship</span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>Support global supplier panel relationship (Periodic Reviews)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Manage specific supplier panel relationship (negociation, specific agreement, local supplier QCDT performances)    </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Monitor day to day suppliers performances and issues    </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Management of initial issues before escalation to line manager    </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Respect Alstom Transport code of ethics and guidelines    </span></span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><b>Commodity Support</b></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>Active participation to commodity strategy on her/his scope    </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Lead commodity commitments according to the defined strategy on her/his scope    </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Pilot negotiation with panel suppliers during tender phase to ensure best commodity commitment to platform and site teams      </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Represent the commodities towards Region (bid team, projects) and Platforms (Regional, Commuter)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Animate teamwork with internal and external stakeholders (Projects, Suppliers, Experts) for  effective problem solving    </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Apply the Alstom Transport Sourcing process and provide return on experience.</span></span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><b>Involvement in projects</b></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>Coordinate project with all Metiers for supplier selection and development</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Prepare and launch of Request For Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers   </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Lead project negociation from RFQ to supplier award, Go order and contractualization</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ensure and negotiate contractual requirement (Specific Agreement, derogation, Go Order decision)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Monitor sourcing project QCDT (Product development, Pre-bid agreement, Business Award, First Article Inspection, Delivery needs)    </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ensure alignement with QCD commitment respect and animate Planning &amp; Savings reviews as per Tender/project stakes.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Coordinate sourcing activities with local sourcing teams: Contracts application, strategy, saving actions, suppliers performance reviews.</span></span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Profile</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span> </span><span><span>Business school or Engineering degree (with MASTER in purchasing is a plus)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience : Minimum of four years working experience in purchasing or projects</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies : </span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>Fluent english &amp; international background</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong interpersonal skills (leadership, communication, ability to convince, positive mindset)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Rigorous and Structured<span> </span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Job Location / Mobility</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Job location in Saint-Ouen (Paris Area).
