Senior Product Owner

Your Role:

• Leading a Scrum team working on embedded software development
• Understanding the technical impact of different stakeholder request and prioritizing the activities for maximizing customer values
• Taking responsibility for product roadmap definition and its execution
• Manage estimation and plans for upcoming features and projects.
• Testing and tuning of methods developed for improved performance
• Effectively work on the Development Team backlog, setup priorities, refine and communicate backlog items 
• Development of algorithms in C and/or C++, Python
• Root cause identification and resolution of software issues detected on higher levels of verification
• Cooperate with other teams to ensure robustness across developed platform
• Work in cross functional team environment 
   

Your Background:

• Msc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control, Automation and Robotics or similar
• Extensive Programming experience in C++
• 2+ years of work experience as Product Owner
• Experience with version control and issue tracking on large collaborative projects (Plastic, Git, Jira, Jenkins or similar)
• Understanding of statistical estimation, signal processing, time filtering, tracking algorithms
• Fluent use of spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Active Safety and/or DMS systems
• Experience in the application of driver assistance systems
• Experience with big scale projects
• Proficiency in Python, and/or C, C++
• A technology enthusiast and critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving
• Curiously investigate everything – ability to solving problems analytically, creatively and collaboratively
