Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
- Handle incoming mail and distribute to relevant departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Requirements
