We're currently expanding our presence in Jerseyville, IL and surrounding communities and are assembling a dynamic local team to help lead the way.

🔥 Part-Time Outside Sales Representative

💰 Pay: $15/hour base + uncapped commission (up to $120 per install!)

📅 Schedule: 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling

🧳 Travel: Occasional overnight travel within MO & IL (lodging and per diem provided)

What You'll Do:

• Engage with local residents through door-to-door outreach, educating them on Wisper's high-speed internet service
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals, community organizations, and local businesses
• Meet and exceed sales goals through smart prospecting and consistent follow-up
• Track your activity and progress using our simple CRM system

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; door-to-door or telecom background is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a confident, people-friendly personality
• Highly motivated individuals who are goal-oriented and energized by performance-based success
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements
