The Director - AI Transformation Leader will be responsible for driving the strategic adoption, operationalization, and scaling of AI initiatives across PCS R&D. This role will champion engineering productivity, change management, and the integration of AI tools and processes, ensuring measurable impact on product development and organizational efficiency across every stage of product development.Job Description
Scope & Impact
- Execute the three-year AI change management plan with clear milestones.
- Guide AI integration across all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Adapt software development processes to be AI-driven.
- Ensure cross-pollination of AI solutions and integrate point solutions into workflows.
- Facilitate collaboration to link prototypes and concepts into reusable AI-first processes.
- Organize and lead AI productivity workshops with AWS and partners.
- Enable access to AI tools and provide training for engineers.
- Build and maintain an AI repository with guidebooks and best practices.
- Maintain a record of AI projects and measure their impact.
- Manage major AI productivity programs aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, R&D leadership, or AI/ML-driven environments within medtech or healthcare.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Strong technical acumen in AI/ML tools, platforms (e.g., AWS), and engineering productivity solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience building communities of practice and fostering collaborative environments.
