Description

We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across Northern Europe. In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing programs that generate demand, build pipeline, and accelerate revenue. Covering Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway, you will ensure that global strategies are effectively localized for maximum regional impact. This position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, strong collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams, and the ability to navigate multiple markets with cultural awareness.



Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy & Planning
Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for Northern Europe in alignment with regional sales and business priorities.Provide market insights and recommendations to influence overall growth plans. Campaign Development & ExecutionDesign and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, account-based marketing (ABM), events, webinars, and partner-led programs.Ensure programs are localized and relevant to the business culture and language of each market. Pipeline Growth & MeasurementDrive marketing-sourced pipeline by generating high-quality leads, nurturing opportunities, and accelerating deal cycles.Track and report on KPIs such as pipeline contribution, opportunity conversion, and ROI on marketing activities. Stakeholder CollaborationPartner closely with sales, product marketing, alliances/partner teams, and global marketing functions to align on goals and execution.Act as the regional marketing voice within the broader organization. Events & Thought LeadershipLead the planning and execution of regional field events, trade shows, and executive programs to raise brand awareness and build relationships.Collaborate with faculty, experts, or guest speakers to deliver thought leadership across the region.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing.
  • Fluency both verbal and written, in English. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Field Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Marketing role. 
  • Demonstrable expertise in marketing across Northern Europe, including the creation and implementation of region-specific marketing initiatives.  
  • Experience delivering, accelerating and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing activities. 
  • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving on time and on budget delivery. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, while managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation best practices.
  • Direct experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce.com (or similar).
  • PC literate with good MS Office skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment, utilizing digital communication and collaboration tools. 
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a strong awareness of cultural nuances and communication styles across diverse audiences
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Able to work in high pressure situations and deadline driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Highly organised and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong research skills.
Desirable
  • Fluency, both verbally and written, in Dutch and/or any Scandinavian language. 
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is an asset..
  • Background and/or interest in Cyber Security.
