OnsiteRaytheon is seeking an experienced and cleared Project Integrator. The right candidate will provide direct administrative support to FFLD Customer and assists the program by contributing to the development of inputs for Management Reviews (monthly reports, ad hoc reports, program monthly reviews) and a wide variety of customer tasks and deliverables. Serves as a liaison and works across multiple functional areas assisting Project Management personnel and segment/site personnel to facilitate problem-solving/issue resolution, project tracking and scheduling, staff management and communications, security, facility, and all manner of administrative requirements. Works under general supervision from management, with latitude to exercise independent judgment to accomplish work in accordance with established policies and procedures. Exercises personal initiative and ingenuity in coordinating the operational aspects of project services and deliveries. Assesses project and segment issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and Customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Customer regulations, policies, practices, and procedures
- Experience with Customer’s facilities and their operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Customer’s message coordination process. Working knowledge of client’s communication applications for reporting to and from CONUS to OCONUS field sites.
- Experience with multifaceted travel coordination, Customer’s travel system and approval processes.
- Strong multitasking ability and scheduling skills.
- Thorough knowledge in the use of MS Office, the Internet, and other internal applications necessary to complete routine and moderately complex tasks.
- Analytical skills sufficient to assess moderately complex information from multiple sources and draw logical conclusions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team and Customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver professional responses to Customers’ routine to moderately complex questions in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to perform as a focal point for projects/processes
- Ability to manage own activities and office workflow under tight deadlines
- Ability to efficiently and rapidly store and retrieve information using filing and tracking systems
- Ability to establish administrative contacts and professional relationships for networking and liaison across the program team and with Customer’s located in disparate locations.
- Ability to apply a strong customer focus orientation to understand Customer requirements, suggest, and implement solutions.
- Ability to ensure that management, co-workers, customers, and stakeholders are kept informed
- Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of MSOffice applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access and Project.
- Knowledge of Customer field areas of operation
Additional Requirements:
- Additional Technical and Specialty Training/Certifications Etc.
- Up to 10% travel as required based on customer needs
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or related field with six (6) years of relevant technical experience
- Eight (8) years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree for a total of sixteen (16) years of relevant experience.
Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment and must be eligible for crossover.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
