Job Summary

The Concessions Loader for Beer Vending works inside the inventory room, preparing and handing off beer inventory to beer vendors. This role ensures efficient inventory flow by accurately staging, organizing, and loading products for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage and organize beer inventory for quick and efficient vendor pickup.
• Load beer cases for vendors as they check in for stock.
• Maintain an organized and clean inventory room to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with tracking inventory levels and reporting stock needs.
• Follow all Levy safety procedures and alcohol handling guidelines.
• Work closely with the Inventory Distributor and supervisors to maintain efficient inventory flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support inventory operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move beer cases (up to 50 lbs).
• Previous warehouse, loading, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
