Custodial Equipment Manager

Primary Purpose:
         Ensure that all custodial equipment is in proper working order and in a condition of operating excellence, appearance and safety.
                        
Qualifications:
 
            Education/Certification:
            High school diploma or GED
            Preferred college/technical training in related field
            Valid Texas Driver's License
 
            Special Knowledge/Skills:
            Ability to read and understand English
            Knowledge of major and minor repair techniques on custodial equipment
            Experience in washer and dryer repair
            Able to diagnose and repair equipment in the shop and field when necessary
            Good communications skills
            Effective ability to give instructions
            Must be well organized and self-motivated
            Strong knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with the work
            Ability to teach/operate cleaning equipment and lift/heavy equipment
            Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
 
            Experience:
            Five years experience in a related field

Salary:  AUX PG 6 / 261 days

             Starting:  $40,382
