Job Title: Principal Solutions Delivery Analyst

Department: Product Delivery

About the Role

The Principal Solutions Delivery Analyst is a senior technical expert responsible for leading the design, delivery, and successful implementation of complex data solutions for healthcare and social care customers. This role combines deep hands-on data analysis skills with customer-facing leadership. You will guide clients and third-party partners through technical discovery, claims and eligibility data interpretation, and solution implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes across large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments. This position is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex data structures into actionable requirements, navigating ambiguity, and serving as the technical authority in customer and cross-functional engagements.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead customer-facing meetings to gather requirements, review data structures, and guide solution design.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with external partners such as payers, data vendors, and other third parties.
  • Investigate and resolve complex data inquiries by analyzing information across multiple databases to answer customer questions, identify potential defects, and determine appropriate next steps or root-cause solutions.
  • Translate complex healthcare and social care data concepts into clear, actionable insights for customers with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Analyze row-level flat-file datasets, including claims (837 or proprietary formats), eligibility files (834), member rosters, provider rosters, and social care data extracts.
  • Define detailed data requirements, mapping documents, validation rules, and transformation logic.
  • Identify data quality issues, structural variances, and integration gaps; develop recommendations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Architect scalable data integration and transformation solutions that align customer needs with internal technical capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, ensuring consistent execution of best practices and methodologies.
  • Support onboarding, testing, and deployment activities, including validation of file formats, mapping logic, and key outputs.
  • Lead resolution of complex data challenges and escalations requiring deep subject-matter expertise.
  • Partner with engineering, data, product, QA, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations.
  • Influence roadmap priorities by identifying customer trends, data challenges, and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Mentor analysts, providing guidance on data analysis techniques, customer engagement approaches, and solution strategies.
  • Help establish standards and frameworks for data requirements, validation, and delivery across the organization.

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, solution delivery, or technical consulting within healthcare, social care, or related domains.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with healthcare file formats, including:
    • Claims (837 professional, institutional, dental, pharmacy, and proprietary formats)
    • Eligibility files (834 or similar flat-file structures)
    • Member and provider rosters
    • Encounters and utilization data
  • Strong understanding of social care data, service taxonomies, and cross-sector workflows.
  • Advanced SQL skills (Postgres, Snowflake, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to lead customer meetings and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with third parties to resolve data structure, format, or integration issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, multi-source data solutions.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with coding standards such as ICD, CPT, and HCPCS.
  • Experience with value-based care, population health analytics, or outcomes measurement
