We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.  We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager/Senior Manager Marketing Injectables to join our team.

 

In this role the candidate will be responsible for ensuring Hikma maximizes the value of the US injectables product portfolio and achieves organizational targets.

 

Responsibilities:

• Achieve/exceed total US Injectable Net Sales and profitability through data driven strategic recommendations and actionable insights to improve business/product performance; identify opportunities and mitigate risks

• Product portfolio ownership – manage a portion of the inline Hikma US Injectables product portfolio and work cross-functionally to develop appropriate pricing/contracting/supply strategies and messaging to maximize sales and profitability

• Pricing – review and assess customer price requests taking into account product strategies, market dynamics, customer relationships, etc.

• RFPs/bids – prepare analysis and recommended pricing for responses to customer RFPs/bids accounting for top and bottom-line results; impacts on other customers; etc.

• New Product Launches – collaboratively develop analytically driven go-to-market strategies and pricing to ensure Hikma maximizes new product launch sales and margins

• Communication across functions to en
