UltraViolet Cyber is seeking a PMO Junior Analyst to join our team and assist the Program Manager in overseeing Cyber Network Defense (CND) Services. In this role, you'll play a key part in providing support for flexible personnel scheduling across all task areas, offering strategic insights for program improvement, and facilitating communication with various Contractors and Federal stakeholders.
Must already Hold Secret Clearance
Must be legally allowed to work in the US, and the work must be done in the US.

Required Skills:
- Assist in the development and implementation of flexible scheduling solutions for personnel across all task areas, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Provide support in offering strategic guidance and recommendations for the improvement of the CND program, contributing to its ongoing enhancement.
- Support seamless communication and collaboration between Contractors and Federal stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Assist in providing support, oversight, and direction to all sub-Contractors, ensuring adherence to project requirements and performance expectations.
- Contribute to demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, effectively engaging with federal agencies and team members.
- Provide assistance in offering direction and oversight to contracting staff and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Assist in planning, managing, and overseeing program resources and budgets to ensure optimal allocation.
- Support in government contract execution, managing associated communications, and liaising between vendor contracting offices and government contracting officers.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans and schedules, including the Program Master schedule, to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to planning and development of strategic goals to provide clear organizational direction to the program.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.
- Provide support in generating and providing insightful reports on program status and initiatives for government stakeholders and executive leadership consumption.
Education, Certification & Clearance Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
