We are currently seeking a board certified/board eligible Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Ephrata, PA.

What you can expect at your practice:

• Full-time opportunity available for a Nurse Practitioner to work at Sunny Crest Home, Ephrata Manor, and United Zion Retirement Community
• Provide patient care to skilled nursing, independent living, and personal care patients for WellSpan Internal Medicine-Ephrata practice 
• Join team of four Advanced Practice Providers that manages patient care for 12 nursing facilities across Lancaster County accounting for about 1,000 patients
