Description

Blake and Pendleton, a large industrial sales and service company specializing in Compressed air sales and service is currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator in our Buford, GA Branch office. The Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks:

• Order Processing for assigned Area Managers
• Quote Creation, including pricing for assigned Area Managers
• Quote entry & CRM entry
• Interaction with customers daily, existing & new.
• PO processing to vendors
• Order Acknowledgement functions-Review & Process
• Expediting services for assigned Area Managers
• Provide Order Processing & Support for other branches during absence.
• Update sales team current (new) pricing, literature, technical data, etc.
• Support Area Managers with customer management
• Participate in ongoing sales training and career development
• Organize sales files and literature (ordering new, keeping current) for the sales team.
• Assist with Sales Lead follow-up and email blasts, sales, promotions, etc.

Requirements

• Three plus (3+) years verifiable experience in administrative support-Will train the right candidate
• Excel skills as well as proficient in a Windows based environment a must
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Organized, able to multitask
• Self-starter in a high paced work environment
• Work within established procedures and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Marketing Strategies a plus
