Backed by Voodoo, our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions.</span><br/><b>Role</b><br/><span>We are looking for a talented senior iOS engineer who will be fully focused on improving the ads experience within BeReal. </span><span>The goals are to maximize ad revenues while ensuring that we provide the best experience to our users in terms of ad exposure. </span> <h3></h3> <ul> <li>Iterating on ad rendering and ad frequency.</li><li>Integrating SDK of ad networks and other ad partners to make sure we have the best supply.</li><li>Implement, deploy, and maintain highly-scalable iOS features for a social app used by millions of users.</li><li>Analyze and understand user needs.</li><li>Design and challenge new features in partnership with designers and data analysts.</li><li>Assess the technical, user, and business impact of features you ship.</li><li>Contribute to best practices in the tech team and especially in the mobile team.</li><li>Contribute to innovation in the iOS stack (Swift, SwiftUI).</li><br/></ul> <h3>Our stack</h3> <ul> <li>iOS: Swift, Combine, SwiftUI, Cocoapods.</li><li>Ops: Github, CircleCI.</li><li>Android: Compose.</li><li>Backend: <a href="http://Node.js" rel="noopener noreferrer">Node.js</a>, Fastify, <a href="http://Socket.io" rel="noopener noreferrer">Socket.io</a>, Firebase.</li><li>Database: MongoDB, Redis.</li><li>Infrastructure: Cloud Run, Cloud functions, Bucket, S3, CloudFront.</li><li>Data: Amplitude, Tableau.</li></ul> <h3>Profile</h3> <ul> <li>Excellent iOS programming skills (5+ years experience).</li><li>Strong knowledge in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.</li><li>SwiftUI concrete projects and proven experience.</li><li>iOS architecture app skills.</li><li>Product mindset with a strong passion for clean interfaces, smooth animations, and interactions.</li><li>Interest for analytics and data-first mindset.</li><li>You’re highly driven, autonomous, and results oriented.</li><li>Be fluent in English</li></ul>
