Key Responsibilities
As an Express Advisor, you will help ensure smooth operations within our service department by:

• Scheduling service appointments and communicating with customers.
• Documenting vehicle issues accurately and capturing customer concerns.
• Recommending maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Providing clear and transparent cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Keeping customers informed on service progress and obtaining approval for changes.
• Reviewing repair orders for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Assisting with vehicle movement to maintain efficient shop flow.
