The Department of the Army Intelligence Information Services (DAIIS) provides the Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise (AISE) and its Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational partners a means to discover, access, and share relevant intelligence reporting and information across unclassified, secret, top secret, and multinational fabrics. DAIIS delivers 24 x 7 solutions and services fulfilling requirements for intelligence information and data brokering, information sharing and dissemination, cross domain solutions, entitlements and access solutions, Intelligence Community / Defense Messaging, and intelligence production requirements management. Our team will provide Automation, Logistics, Requirements, and SharePoint site collection management support to DAIIS with software and application development, administration, and web services in support of DoD, the Intelligence Community and Coalition Partners. This includes system administration, database administration, web/software operation and maintenance, logistics support, and operations and sustainment support. This position is Remote.

What is the position?
The Senior .NET/C# Developer shall provide direct service support for all DAIIS IT functions covering application and web development, quality assurance, cybersecurity, and IT operations in a DEVSECOPS operating environment utilizing Microsoft Windows-based architecture across five distinct supported networks. You will provide application development for a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment (“including, but not limited to MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development knowledge) for custom in- house developed web applications.
What will I get to do?
You will collaborate with peers to review code to ensure that best practices, team norms, and coding standards are followed. Provide web development and version control for a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment using Government provided tools (Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 and later and Azure Dev Ops and later). Estimate the level of effort required for all design, development, deployment, and testing and provide information to COR. Participate in an iterative development team through all facets to include sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. Develop documentation to include test plans, end-user documentation, wireframes, mockups, Use Case Diagrams, and flowcharts. All documentation shall be stored in identified Government document repositories. Use Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for all code changes and version controls. Create/update test plans and record the results within the developer documentation. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to mitigate all findings identified during testing. Build fully deployable packages for development, staging, integration, and production environments and submit deployment requests for approval. Leverage advanced programming skills to develop and incorporate mandatory fields of the DNI Audit.XML specification in accordance with ICS-500-27 Collection and Sharing of Audit Data. Adhere to software development methods including Agile, SCRUM, and Lean in the development of software. Provide project status reports to the Government at all stages of the project lifecycle as required. Utilize Azure Dev Ops to record and report bugs to Quality Assurance, project managers, and other stakeholders.
What qualifications do I need?
Master of Arts/Master of Science W/10+ yrs. or Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science w/12+ yrs.
Information Assurance Technical Level – Two (IAT-II)

Eight years of experience in .NET Development (including MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development).
