About this role

• Support Planning process with training content
• Assist customers and internal users with features via training opportunities
• Organize and structure training and development processes for best practices

Key responsibilities

• We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team
• As a Learning and Development Intern, you will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and initiatives
• You will work closely with our Product team to support various projects, conduct research, and contribute to the overall success of our training efforts
• Assist in the development and coordination of training materials and resources
• Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and events
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in Learning and Development
• Help with the analysis and reporting of training program effectiveness and participant feedback
• Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling and logistics
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address training needs and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or Higher) in Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or Marketing
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in Learning and Development and a passion for supporting employee growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
