We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation.</p> <p><strong>Seneca Holdings</strong> is seeking a <strong>Senior Payroll Specialist</strong> in <strong>Williamsville, NY.</strong> This team member will report to the Payroll Manager. </p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete onboarding of new hires into payroll systems</li> <li>Review timesheets for accuracy</li> <li>Process any/all payroll changes required to process biweekly payrolls accurately and timely</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of ADP WFN and payroll processing experience</li> <li>Knowledge of FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws</li> <li>Multistate payroll experience a must</li> <li>ERP system experience</li> <li>Wage garnishment and tax levy experience</li> <li>Union or prevailing wage payroll experience</li> <li>Must be able to work with confidential material/information</li> <li>Must be analytical and have above average organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Must be able to prioritize and work independently or as a team member as needed</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li> <li>Strong customer service abilities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>MS SharePoint experience</li> <li>Multistate payroll experience</li> <li>Experience posting Labor in different ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint knowledge a plus)</li> <li>Government contracting environment experience a plus</li> <li>Analytical and co
