The Global Feasibility Associate (GFA) is responsible for performing various types of feasibility analysis developed to evaluate and verify the study plan as well as provide the country and site distribution strategy. Collaborates with Global Feasibility Managers and multiple stakeholders on proposal and study teams to optimize feasibility deliverables. Prepares and delivers quality products and successfully leads and conducts global feasibility efforts as part of the Study Start-up and Site Intelligence department of Clinical Trial Operations (CTO).
Note - This position can be based remotely in Europe.
The Global Feasibility Associate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Access, understand and articulate market intelligence data across multiple therapeutic areas to lead feasibility for multiple projects and studies.
- Successfully identify study and/or country resources to conduct feasibility or escalate capacity issues within a reasonable time frame.
- Review and understand clinical protocols, study assumptions, client information, and study plans.
- Effective use of feasibility-related intelligence platforms, trackers and other systems/applications.
- Develop study-specific questionnaires and compile global responses for evaluation, analysis and reporting of metrics.
- Collect and track feasibility efforts internally.
- Preparation of client-ready Feasibility deliverables (reports, data, slides, etc.).
- Super User and developer of filing system for all Feasibility documents.
- Adhere to the Client’s procedures in feasibility research process.
- Support Site Solution efforts.
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare or Biological Science and minimum 3 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum 3 years of Global Feasibility & Site Identification experience
- Basic knowledge of ICH-GCP, GDPR/HIPPA, CFR/CTR/CTD and applicable (local) regulatory requirements
- Strong (data) analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
- Representative, outgoing and client focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company
- Administrative excellence, strong eye for detail, solution-oriented mindset, and pro-active attitude
- Ability to work independently, to prioritize urgencies and adapt with flexibility
- Proficiency with various computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
