Warehouse Lumper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Lumper to join our team. As a lumper, you will be responsible for manually loading and unloading freight from trucks and containers. This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 75% of your day will be lumping the dry and freezer floor loads with the remaining 25% assisting with cross-functional warehouse duties.

Warehouse location will move to Rock Hill, South Carolina.  Expected move date is July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually load and unload freight from trucks and shipping containers
• Sort, organize, and stack products according to company procedures
• Ensure accurate counts and inspection of goods for damage or defects
• Use pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment as required
• Always follow safety protocols and company policies
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse team, and management
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet or exceed daily productivity goals
• Assist warehouse team as necessary

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, freight handling, or lumping experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) repeatedly
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable means of transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow direction 

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
• Exposure to varying temperatures 
• Standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods of time

Pre-employment drug screen and agility test required.
