Sr Engineer-Fuels Technology

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible to meet the emission, mileage, driveability target of vehicle
-CNG/ LPG / Gasoline Engine Optimization involving activities like, steady state performance and   emission development
-CNG/ LPG / Gasoline Vehicle calibration involving, vehicle emission development, vehicle calibration, drivability, environmental corrections, cold start and OBD
-Emission & Performance Robustness and homologation trials for engines type approval.      
-Liason with CFT like Vehicle Integration, NVH, Electricals, Performance simulation, Engine development centre, Reliability and Service for engineering targets delivery.
-Analyse the issues arising out of test to confirm the design by root cause analysis of the problems / issues by using various problem solving techniques like Global 8D or other problem solving tools.
-To work with development engineer to finalise and execute the engine DVP.
-Plan for the day-today calibration activities and maintain a project tracker.
